The hi fin red band watchman goby is one of the many species of goby that partners with pistol shrimp, sharing a burrow and watching out for the blind shrimp while it works. The most distinctive feature of the hi fin is the tall black dorsal fin that it keeps extended when outside of its burrow. They are peaceful fish that do not cause problems with tankmates.
